Description:

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Invoicing team at Marsh. This role will be based in Urbandale and offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring a minimum of six days per month in the office.

As a Billing Specialist, you partner with various business units to facilitate precise and prompt billing of consulting services, ensuring a positive experience for both internal stakeholders and external clients.

We will count on you to:

Collaborate with various teams within the business units to ensure accurate and timely billing of consulting revenue
Deliver excellent customer service to internal and external clients
Consistently produce timely deliverables
Adhere to billing requirements and invoice within specified terms
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, carrier agreements, SOX, SSAE16, tax regulations, local GAAP, US GAAP, and applicable statutory regulations

What you need to have:

Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in the MS Office suite
