Responsibilities include:

·         Business partner for accounts receivable/payables and payroll

·         Auditing billing,

·         Collections

·         Importing and exporting from excel,

·         Work on various projects within the accounting team,

·         Credit and bank reconciliation,

·         Creates and customizes reports for analysis,

·         Exercise judgment on sensitive issues.

·         Requires confidentiality.

Traits and Skills:

·         Must be detailed oriented,

·         Proficient in QuickBooks or other accounting systems.

·         Must possess a background in accounting,

·         Must be proficient highly proficient in with excel & will be tested,

·         HSD/GED and 3 years of experience in field.
