Lead the charge as our Billing & Accounts Receivable Supervisor!
Are you a numbers‑savvy leader who loves turning complex billing processes into smooth, successful operations? At ChildServe, we’re looking for someone who can take the reins of our billing activities, keep everything running like clockwork, and make sure our receivables stay on track.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead revenue cycle operations, ensuring accurate billing, timely claim submission, payment posting, collections, and reimbursement optimization.
- Monitor billing performance and accounts receivable metrics, analyze trends, resolve discrepancies, and implement corrective actions to achieve department goals.
- Ensure compliance and quality standards by maintaining adherence to company policies, payer requirements, and federal, state, and local regulations.
- Supervise and develop billing staff through hiring, training, coaching, performance management, and engagement initiatives that support retention and high performance.
- Support billing operations and continuous improvement by addressing patient account issues, managing bad debt and collection processes, serving as a backup resource, and recommending process enhancements.
What You’ll Need
- AA/AS in Accounting or Business Administration, preferred.
- Three years medical billing experience. Prefer experience with non-profit, human services, or healthcare/insurance field.
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office, proficiency with Excel, and ability to proficiently learn new software programs.
- Knowledge of Medicaid rules and HIPPA regulations.
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively and professionally in reading, writing, and speaking the English language.
