Bilingual Senior Tax Associate

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in San Antonio, TX. his position requires managing complex tax compliance and advisory projects for our clients. You will leverage your expertise to provide strategic tax planning, ensure accurate tax filings, and deliver high-quality service to our clients. Position requires supervisor of tax associates and preparers to ensure compliance and firm efficiency. Position is ideal for an enthusiast and energetic individual to conduct outward engagement to professional associations, forums, community engagement, and conduct client referrals growth targets.

Qualifications

• Technical Fluency in Spanish (required)
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years' experience in tax preparation within public accounting is required
• Proven expertise in complex tax compliance, planning, and advisory services.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws and regulations.
• Supervisor & Management Experience of Tax Professionals
• Working towards CPA (beneficial)
• IRS Enrolled Agent Certification (preferred)
• CCH Access Tax software, QuickBooks Online Experience (preferred)

Salary: $70,0000 to $85,000.00 - DOE.
