BENELUX Indirect Procurement Intern

Short Intro and About the Job

You will be part of the Benelux procurement team and support the team with projects in the categories of HR & marketing procurement.

You will be involved within the full scope of procurement activities such as:

• Spend & scope analysis
• Gathering requirements
• Tender
• Stakeholder alignment
• Supplier negotiation
• Contracting

Within this intern role you will have many opportunities to engage with stakeholders in offices and factories, as well as within the procurement department, the European, Global, and buying desk teams.

About You

As a procurement intern, SAP programs and Orchestration tools will be second nature to you. You can balance projects well and have a way with managing different stakeholders . On top of that? You’re a proactive person with a good set of convincing skills who’s always looking for opportunities to learn and develop.

Key requirements: 

• Enrolled as a Bachelors/Masters student during the whole internship period;

• You are a resident of the Netherlands and hold a valid BSN number (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to have a valid Dutch residency permit);
• In the case of non-EU citizens, it is mandatory to provide a 3-party internship agreement signed by your university;

• Ideally available to start in November for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week;

• You are fluent in English - spoken and written; Dutch or French is considered as a plus;
• You are able to work from our  Hoofddorp office, at least 2 days per week.
