Responsibilities

• Conduct second-party audits in the areas of social responsibility, ethics, quality, environment, asset security, and inclusion of production processes.
• Execute on-site (in-person) audits.
• Respect and observe workplace safety regulations.
• Report progress and any anomalies encountered during the audit.
• Timely delivery of inspection and audit reports, certificates of verification, and other documents related to the work performed.
• Maintain activity standards in accordance with the KPIs defined by the sector and specific work area.
• Continuously stay updated on local regulations and legislation (Labor, S&H, and Environmental).
• Confirm receipt of instructions issued by the customer service representative to properly execute the requested service and clarify any doubts before execution.
• Prepare detailed documents and procedures for the work, as well as the necessary Personal Protective Equipment or instruments to execute the service.
• Develop corrective action plans and/or close them out.
• Prepare and deliver audit reports within the deadlines requested by the customer service representative.
• Record near misses, accidents, or risks in Crystal.
• Undertake necessary training from the client, Information Technology, and operational integrity.
• Conduct Social Responsibility audits as a Lead Auditor.
• Sign field documents providing evidence of on-site work and calculations and/or attestations performed for our clients.
• Perform administrative activities related to audit execution.

Knowledge

• APSCA Auditor INDISPENSABLE: Recommended Status Certified (CSCA)
• IT: Windows.
• Languages: Advanced English.
• Software Management: Office Suite.
• Other: Topics related to Social Responsibility, Labor Legislation, Official Mexican Standards (Secretariat of Labor and Social Welfare), Quality Management System, Environmental, Occupational Health. Introduction to Quality Management Systems. Lead Auditor ISO 9001 (desirable). Health, Safety, and Environment Procedures. SA 8000. Client Audit Protocols. Federal Labor Law. ISO 14000 (desirable). ISO 22000 (desirable).

Academic Background

Degree, Engineering, Technical Degree, or similar in Business Administration or related areas. Graduate, current student, or completed degree.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year in administrative activities.
• Experience in customer service and follow-up.
• Interaction and coordination with operational areas.
