We provide audit, tax, and advisory services to a wide range of organizations, including charitable and social service agencies, healthcare providers, foundations, museums, housing programs, faith-based institutions, and professional associations.
As an Audit Associate II, you'll work on engagements that directly support these mission-driven organizations while building your career alongside recognized leaders in the not-for-profit and employee benefit plan space.
What You'll Do
- Participate in financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations
- Assist with Single Audits for organizations receiving federal funding
- Perform audit testing and evaluate internal controls
- Prepare audit workpapers and supporting documentation
- Communicate directly with clients and engagement team members
- Collaborate with managers and partners throughout engagements
- Build expertise in not-for-profit and employee benefit plan auditing

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 1-3 years of audit or assurance experience
- Understanding of audit methodology and financial statement engagements
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Desire to learn and grow within public accounting
A Plus, But Not Required
- CPA or CPA-track
- Not-for-profit audit experience
