A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards that provide timely, clear, and actionable financial and operational insights
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Analyze financial results, trends, and key business drivers to identify risks, opportunities, and performance improvement areas
• Use AI-enabled tools and advanced analytics techniques to enhance reporting, automate manual tasks, and improve insight generation
• Prepare recurring management reports and ad hoc analyses for finance leaders and business partners
• Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into effective dashboard and reporting solutions
• Support data quality, reporting accuracy, and process improvement initiatives across finance workflows.

Required knowledge and experience:

• (Working towards a) Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, analytics, reporting, or FP&A
• Strong skills in Power BI and Microsoft Excel
• Working knowledge of FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and communicate insights clearly to different audiences
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-paced matrixed environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI tools, SQL, financial modelling, or enterprise planning systems
• Experience in a healthcare, medical device, or similarly regulated environment.
