For our business, for clients, and for you As an Assistant Manager - Fund Adminstration, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality fund services for a diverse portfolio of closed-ended structures, with a specialization in Private Debt Funds. Your responsibilities will include: Ensuring accuracy and compliance in Net Asset Valuation (NAV) reviews across complex fund structures. Reviewing annual financial statements and supporting audit processes. Managing capital calls and distributions with precision and timeliness. Leading and mentoring junior team members to meet client deliverables. Overseeing regulatory and tax filings, ensuring full compliance. Acting as a key point of contact for clients, fund directors, and stakeholders. Driving consistency and excellence across assigned relationships. What We’re Looking For We’re seeking a detail-oriented professional with a strong foundation in fund accounting and a passion for excellence. Ideal candidates will have: Full professional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, ACA, CPA or equivalent), or currently studying towards completion. In-depth knowledge of Luxembourg closed-ended fund structures and regulatory frameworks. Minimum 5 years of experience in fund accounting, with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics. Previous experience in a Big Four audit environment. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and audit methodologies. Hands-on experience with systems like eFront, Geneva, and Investran. Strong project management and multitasking abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
