We're growing our Accounting team and looking for a process-driven Assistant Controller to support a portfolio of clients. The Assistant Controller manages accounting operations, owns month-end close activities, prepares financial reporting, and develops junior accountings. This role works closely with a Controller and offers opportunities for professional growth and expanded client leadership. Hybrid work, Mondays in office at San Rafael HQ is required.

Compensation Range: $90,000 - $111,000 annually, salaried exempt hybrid position. Mondays in office at San Rafael HQ is required.
