AP/AR Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented AP/AR Specialist to support day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close activities. This role is ideal for someone with a strong accounting foundation, solid Excel skills, and experience working within an ERP system such as SAP Business One.
Responsibilities include:
- Process vendor invoices, employee expenses, and customer invoices
- Reconcile vendor statements, AP/AR aging reports, and banking activity
- Apply ACH and wire payments accurately
- Prepare journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
- Support month-end close, audits, and financial reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2–4 years of accounting experience
- ERP experience preferred; SAP Business One is a plus
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookups
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
