- Assist Corp. Controller with any projects, as requested.
- Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
- Meet and greet visitors.
- Open and handle mail received for Corp Controller.
- Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office; specifically, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, etc.
- Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing, emailing, and filing.
- Maintain hard copy and electronic filing systems.
- Coordinate meetings and conferences, taking minutes as required.
- Support staff in assigned project-based work.
- Work with LMS, DataMagine, and iTrak systems.
- Other duties as required.
- Review contracts prior to obtaining approvals.
- Manage motor vehicle registrations
- Manage Corporate Books, including license renewals and minutes.
- Assist Corp. Controller with legal issues, including subpoena requirements.
- Manage assignment and removal of comp numbers.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) along with 3 to 5 years of experience in an executive administrative / personal assistant role.
- Able to anticipate the needs of a high profile Executive.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously with efficiency and accuracy.
- Knowledge of basic accounting techniques and principles, contract language and general clerical functions.
- Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook).
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Must retain a high level of flexibility and resourceful problem solving.
- Able to work both independently and as a team player.
