Location: Concord, NH- In Person

Experience: Customer Service and Accounts Receivables- Required

Pay Rate: $20.00-$24.00 

Job Summary:

The Accounts Receivable Specialist manages customer payments, tracks account balances, and ensures past-due accounts are addressed. This role involves processing payments, helping customers and store managers with account questions, and maintaining accurate records to support the company’s financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Uphold safety and security of assets, customer data, account information, and company processes.
• Process and apply payments to customer accounts, including checks, ACH deposits, and credit cards.
• Monitor overdue accounts and take action to collect payments.
• Respond promptly to customer and store manager questions about balances or accounts.
• Process credit applications and set up new accounts.
• Keep customer files accurate and up to date.
• Assist with sending out monthly account statements.
• Work both independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required; accounts receivable experience preferred.
• Customer service experience and good communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
