Job Summary / Brief
River Bend Agricultural Services LLC, a division of the Novus Ag network, is seeking a highly organized Ag Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our regional hub. This position is open to qualified candidates nationwide, operating on a fully remote schedule to support our expanding network footprint. In this role, you will manage our payment allocation systems and provide seamless cash application support to our regional networks. You will build strong relationships by routing balance inquiries, organizing digital payment workflows, and keeping aging ledger accounts moving efficiently to maximize corporate productivity.
Core Responsibilities
- · Receivables Management: Track incoming ledger balances, post daily grower and commercial payments, and route aging account inquiries to the correct regional manager.
- · Digital Administration: Coordinate electronic payment workflows, audit digital receipts, and organize secure cloud aging reports across our network database.
- · Data Maintenance: Maintain accurate client ledger histories, input credits and adjustments, and audit payment data directly inside our central database system.
- · Communication Integration: Monitor the accounts receivable inbox, coordinate payment confirmation notices, and draft professional collection correspondence for our regional management group.
- · Operational Syncing: Coordinate closely with regional sales teams and corporate accounting personnel to guarantee cohesive ledger support and strict audit compliance.
Applicant Requirements
- · High school diploma or equivalent certificate required; an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting is preferred.
- · 2+ years of proven track record in high-volume alphanumeric data entry, general ledger tracking, or clerical finance operations.
- · Strong computer skills with cloud file sharing, enterprise accounting tools, and the Microsoft Office suite (advanced proficiency in Excel required).
- · Capability to thrive in a self-directed nationwide remote workspace, maintaining consistent digital connectivity.
- · Excellent communication skills with a natural ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
