We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Invoicing Clerk to join our Finance team. In this role, you will support daily invoicing activities in a high-volume environment while working closely with internal teams across North America. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values accuracy, efficiency, and teamwork.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and issue customer invoices based on contracts, purchase orders, or service records
• Verify invoice details including pricing, quantities, taxes, and customer information
• Ensure invoices are sent in a timely manner according to billing cycles
• Maintain accurate records of all invoicing transactions
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing issues or discrepancies
• Work closely with internal departments (Sales, Operations, Accounting) to resolve invoice-related issues
• Monitor outstanding invoices and assist with follow-ups on overdue accounts
• Process credit notes, adjustments, and corrections when required
• Support month-end closing activities related to accounts receivable

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in invoicing, administration, accounting, finance, or other relevant professional or educational backgrounds is considered an asset
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage high transaction volumes and prioritize effectively
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX is considered an asset)
• Bilingualism (French and English) required to communicate with teams and partners across North America
