Accounts Receivable Clerk – Elkhart, IN

Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to assist their accounting team with a temporary project through September. This opportunity is expected to start as soon as possible and offers a flexible schedule of 30-40 hours per week, with full-time hours anticipated during the first several weeks to help the team get caught up. This position offers a business casual work environment and competitive pay based on experience.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous accounts receivable experience who enjoys detailed work and is looking to make an immediate impact within a collaborative office environment.

Job Duties:
• Process credit memos accurately and efficiently
• Assist with day-to-day Accounts Receivable functions
• Review and maintain accurate financial records
• Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Support the accounting team with additional administrative and accounting tasks as assigned
• Maintain organized documentation and assist with special projects as needed

This position is a great fit for someone with prior Accounts Receivable experience who enjoys working with numbers, takes pride in accuracy, and works well as part of a team. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and able to adapt in a fast-paced office environment.

Requirements:
• Previous Accounts Receivable experience required
