Accounts Receivable Clerk- Accounting 

What can you expect:

• $22.00/hr and up based on experience
• Annual increase potential

What you will do:

• Post (in the computer) all incoming payments received from the plants, through the mail, and from the Boston lock box to the proper accounts.
• Match lien waiver documentation to payment remittance.
• Accurately match cash account payments and credit billings to the correct invoices after each billing.
• Maintain an electronic filing system for all computer printouts of entry batches and reports.
• Balance a GL at month end against deposits for closing month.
• Keeps an electronic log of daily deposits
• Record all tax exemptions for the month and remove from current invoices prior to month end close. 

Requirements:

• Excellent computer skills including outlook, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Display a professional and courteous attitude to co-workers, supervisors, and the public always
• Maintain open communication with plant, crusher, and scale operators
• Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required
