YOUR ROLE

As an Accounts Receivable Administrator with USL, you'll be reporting directly to the Finance Director and be looking after timely and accurate completion of customer payment receipting, responding to customer queries, reconciling accounts and following up aged debtors.

Your role encompasses:

• Receipt DC, EFTPOS, and credit card payments daily, allocating to customer accounts
• Respond promptly to customer and internal queries and requests.
• Account reconciliations. 
• Contacting customers regarding overdue balances.

ABOUT YOU

Key essentials for the role:

• Over 5+ years’ experience in Accounts Receivable or credit department.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Advances Excel skills, solid knowledge of MS Suite
• Familiarity with ERP systems is desirable
• Positive and professional attitude with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
