JOB SUMMARY:

We are currently accepting resumes for an experienced Accounts Receivable Associate for our Abbotsford, BC office. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday. This role is a foundational part of the team, supporting our commitment to excellence, accountability, and delivering on our promise to customers across Western Canada.

AR Duties:

• Maintain and clear unapplied deposit list daily 
• Post bank transactions and credit card reports 
• Manage receivables inbox and payment inquiries 
• Reconcile A/R accounts. 
• Maintain monthly automated credit card listings 
• Answer inquiries regarding payments, direct deposit info and calls for credit card payments.  
• Enter all ROA’S from customers (Shared Job) : Direct deposits – enter into cash receipts module and post as per emailed remittance advices and bank transactions. Credit card payments – run payments on Moneris as per calls from customers and/or listing of automated pay per shipment accounts.  Enter into Cash receipts module and post as per bank transactions.
• Cheques – deposit to bank account and enter into cash receipts module and post.
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous accounts receivable and/or general accounting experience required.
