The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our Finance team. This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of accounts receivable transactions while supporting the organization's financial operations.

The Accounts Receivable Analyst will manage cash receipts, invoicing, collections, tenant billings, account reconciliations, and reporting. This position also plays an important role in supporting the annual audit process and collaborating with internal departments to resolve billing and payment inquiries.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized accounting professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment, demonstrates strong analytical skills, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

Work Arrangement & Application Instructions

This position follows a hybrid work schedule requiring employees to work in the office three days per week and remotely two days per week. Core in-office days are Tuesday and Wednesday, with one additional in-office day determined in partnership with the employee's manager and business needs.
