Requirements What You’ll Bring • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • 5+ years of progressive accounts payable or accounting operations experience, including 2+ years leading a team or function. • Demonstrated experience stabilizing, cleaning up, or redesigning an AP process in a growth-stage or complex organization. • Experience evaluating and implementing AP automation or procure-to-pay software. • Strong knowledge of AP accounting, three-way match, accruals, vendor management, payment controls, and month-end close. • Experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP system required. • Strong Excel skills and an ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and resolve issues rather than simply report them. • Proven ability to manage competing priorities, communicate directly and constructively, and drive work to completion. • A practical, detail-oriented mindset with high standards for documentation, accuracy, and follow-through.
