RPM Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable professional to join our team as an Accounts Payable – Inventory Financing Specialist.Pay: DOE (Depends on Experience)Key Responsibilities- Review vendor invoices and match them to purchase orders and receiving reports - Process ACH, check, and wire payments accurately and on time - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies - Coordinate inventory financing payments and track repayments - Record inventory purchases accurately in the general ledger - Assist with inventory counts and ensure valuation accuracy - Maintain organized accounts payable records and supporting documentation Required Skills & Qualifications- Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities - Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Understanding of accounts payable and inventory processes If you are organized, reliable, and experienced in accounts payable and inventory management, we’d love to hear from you!Apply at RPM Staffing, 1803 W Ferguson Rd, Mount Pleasant, tx 75455 or call (903)572-8891 to schedule an appointment to begin the application process.
