Accounts Payable Coordinator

We are seeking a strong Contract Accounts Payable Coordinator. Candidate would require, strong organizational skills and a high attention to detail, flexible. Three-way match – matching, invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation. Investigate and resolve discrepancies. Process vendor invoices for both inventory PO’s and Manual.
Requirements:
- Associate Degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience
- 5-7 years’ Accounts Payable or general accounting experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask
- Moderate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Moderate to advanced knowledge of SAP or equivalent ERP background
