Are you organized, detail-driven, and ready to put your accounting skills to work? We’re hiring an Accounts Payable Clerk. If you enjoy keeping things in order, working with numbers, and collaborating with others in a fast-paced setting, we would love for you to apply with us!

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process invoices and issue timely payments to vendors

• Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve billing issues

• Reconcile statements and research discrepancies

• Maintain up-to-date financial records and assist with month-end processes

• Support overall accounting functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), QuickBooks, and/or Sage)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Understanding of accounting principles (prior AP experience is a must)

• A positive, professional attitude and the ability to work well on a team
