THIS A CONTRACT POSITION: 15 MONTHS
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounting Administrator to join our team on a fixed-term contract basis. This role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to contribute to a fast-paced accounting environment while supporting key financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately key and process daily production data
- Weekly Payroll for hourly employees
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities
- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Respond to ad hoc requests and support reporting requirements as needed
Qualifications & Skills:
- Post-secondary degree or diploma from an accredited university or college in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
Compensation Range:
$55,000 - $61,500
