Marsh is seeking an Accounting Policy and Advisory - M&A Senior Specialist for our high-performing Controllership team. This is a hybrid role with three days per week required in our NYC office.

The Accounting Policy and Advisory M&A Senior Specialist will partner across Finance, Corporate Development, and Marsh’s four businesses to help shape and support accounting conclusions on complex matters, new initiatives, and strategic transactions.

This role reports into the Global Head of Accounting Policy and Advisory and will be a member of a highly visible team that serves as a trusted technical accounting resource across Marsh’s four global businesses.

Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.The applicable base salary range for this role is $115,200 to $230,000.The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
