We are seeking a talented individual to join our North America Payroll Tax team at Marsh. This role will be based in Louisville and offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office.

As a Payroll Tax Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll tax processing across the US and Canada. You’ll manage reconciliations, tax filings, and agency inquiries while helping maintain critical systems. This role also offers exposure to high-impact initiatives such as mergers, acquisitions, and audits, giving you the chance to broaden your expertise beyond day-to-day operations.
