This candidate should have experience in maintaining a database of financial information and be able to recognize and solve any problems that may arise. Lastly, where appropriate this candidate will track 1099s and create a report with related information at year end.

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join our thriving Accounting team for our Property Management division.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES: 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager to join our accounting team. The Accounting Manager will support the Controller in overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.  The ideal candidate will have multi-entity close experience, strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.  Additionally, this role includes providing training and guidance to staff-level associates to foster a collaborative and productive work environment. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operational Oversight 

Audit and Compliance 

Budgeting and Forecasting 

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
