Are you a meticulous and dependable team player with a passion for customer service? We invite you to join our KAAPA team as an Accounting Manager at our Elm Creek location.

Job Responsibilities: Supervise: Accounting assistant and Scale Operator Accurately complete all required reports within required due dates Complete month end closing processes and reconciliations Assist with all audits and preparation of tax returns Assist with grain receiving operations Ensure all records are neatly organized and maintained Assist with IT functions

Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 8am – 5pm with additional hours required during harvest and as required throughout the year

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business with an emphasis in accounting preferred Valid driver’s license Strong understanding of general ledger accounting Attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness Possess organizational skills Expertise with accounting software systems Expertise with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
