Accounting Manager

One of Cox Consulting Network's (CCN)  real estate clients is seeking experienced Accounting Manager Consultants to support a large-scale ERP transformation initiative. This 12-month hybrid engagement (3 days in office) in Austin, TX will focus on maintaining accounting operations and supporting monthly close activities while internal teams dedicate their efforts to the ERP implementation.

Requirements

Requirements:

• 7+ years of accounting experience

• Real estate, REIT, or property accounting background

• Strong month-end close, account reconciliation, and financial statement review experience

• Ability to identify and resolve accounting issues and balance sheet anomalies

• Experience with consolidations, eliminations, and financial reporting

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Ability to work a hybrid schedule (Mon/Tues/Thurs onsite)

Preferred Requirements:

• CPA and/or public accounting background

• Property accounting review experience

• Development accounting experience (CIP, capitalized interest, construction draws, accruals)

• FloQast experience

• ERP implementation support experience

• Prior real estate investment or development industry experience
