Accounting/HR Compliance Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting and Human Resources Compliance Officer to join our team. This hybrid position will provide support to both the accounting and human resources departments. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Responsibilities:

• Manage and document all accidents, incidents, and equipment damages.
• Ensure accurate and efficient communication with employees, insurance companies, and relevant parties throughout the claims process.
• Maintain and organize incident reports, claim documents, and communications for easy access and tracking.
• Support the HR department with employee inquiries and assist with coordinating insurance processes.

Accounting Responsibilities:

• Retrieve and manage data related to company credit cards, including expense tracking and reconciliations.
• Perform data entry for accounts payable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist with the preparation of reports and maintain financial records for credit card transactions and AP processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure proper documentation for accounting entries.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Experience in accounting, data entry, or accounts payable preferred.
• Familiarity with incident reporting and insurance claim processes is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic accounting software experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
