Accounting Clerk II

As an Accounting Clerk II, you will support both day-to-day functionality of the Accounts Payable process and have the opportunity to grow problem solving and analysis skills. 

What You’ll be Doing:

• Provide support to Accounts Payable, including invoice entry into ERP system, purchase receipt matching, statement reconciliation, and vendor inquiry resolution.
• Maintain daily cash activity by updating bank transactions, processing check clearing, and ensuring accurate account coding.
• Review and reconcile corporate credit card statements, sales and use tax reports, and weekly freight expenses.
• Support month-end close activities through journal entry preparation/upload and timely completion of assigned accounting tasks.
• Perform monthly and quarterly general ledger account reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and distribute assigned financial reports.
• Provide support for audits as needed.

What You’ll Need:

• Associate's degree required
• Intermediate computer proficiency with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
• Speed and accuracy in data entry, with the ability to review / audit while entering. 
• Authorized to work in the United States.
