Summary/Objective
Perform accounting and clerical functions to support Accounting Manager.
Essential Functions

- Process accounts receivable
- Assist with all monthly billing and spreadsheets
- Create and maintain spreadsheets
- Maintain all files for customers
- Process collections
- Work with Support Center to ensure all sales orders and purchase orders are entered and accurate and prepare for invoicing
- Complete special projects as assigned.
- Weekly invoicing for all customers
- Processing credit card payments
- Communicating with all departments
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This is a hybrid position and you will be required to be on site 2 days a week from 8-5.
