Accounting Clerk

We’re currently hiring for an Accounting Clerk at our corporate offices in Salt Lake City, UT.  In this position, you will serve as part of the Accounting team reporting to the Accounting Director.  Your responsibilities will include providing various levels of basic accounting support within the Property Accounting area in a high-volume, high-energy office environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Processing/researching invoices
• Assisting with accounting tasks while sites transition on/off the Extra Space platform
• Researching expenses
• Cash reviews
• Preparing journal entries
• Coordinating with multiple departments
• Communicating with owners

Education and/or Experience:  

• Two years of higher education, and/or three years of specific work experience.
• Accounting experience with a real estate or related company is helpful
