 Here’s what you’ll be doing:  

• Processing vehicle-related transactions 

• Researching and reconciling accounts 

• Verifying the accuracy of physical and digital documents 

• Cross training to provide administrative support to office coworkers in deal, licensing, AR, and AP roles 

• Assist with special projects as needed  

• Other accounting duties as assigned 

 Here’s what you’ll need:  

• An eye for accuracy, detail orientation, and organization 

• A strong sense of self-motivation, initiative, ownership, and problem solving 

• Willingness and desire to learn 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products, and the general use of a computer and calculator 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills 

• Prior accounting experience, with automotive industry experience preferred
