About the Role:

The Accounting Assistant  will be an essential part of our finance team, handling  financial transactions and record-keeping. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys supporting a dynamic team. 

What You’ll Do:

• Process financial transactions and maintain accurate records using Quickbooks.
• Process invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconciling bank and credit card statements with meticulous attention to detail.
• Support month-end closing processes and assist with financial report preparation.
• Provide administrative support to the Finance department.

What You’ll Bring:

• Associates degree or equivalent experience in accounting.
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on accounting experience.
• A good understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Quickbooks.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
