[About the Role] Join a dynamic, global finance team as an Accountant III based in Carlsbad, CA. Ideal for professionals seeking to advance their accounting expertise while supporting complex financial operations and process improvements.[Responsibilities]- Oversee Capital Authorization Requests (CARs): validate documentation, monitor approvals, and maintain accurate records in line with company policies.

• Drive month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close: prepare journal entries, reconciliations, fluctuation analyses, and supporting schedules.
• Support group accounting: monitor legal entity submissions, validate financial data, research reporting issues between ERP and consolidation systems, and deliver analytical reports.
• Maintain and audit global intercompany transfer pricing data: investigate discrepancies and assist with resolution of accounting issues.
• Analyze large data sets and general ledger activity using ERP systems, Excel, and Power Query to support financial reporting and ad hoc requests.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors: prepare documentation, support integration activities, and participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Engage in special projects with cross-functional teams, demonstrating initiative and adaptability.[Required Skills and Experience]- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3-5 years progressive accounting experience in a large public international corporation or 3+ years in public accounting
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Strong written and oral communication skills
