Qualifications: 

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 

• Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred 

• Proactive and results-driven individual  

• Strong verbal and written communication skills 

• Resourceful/problem solver 

• Able to quickly adapt to change 

Mobility: 

• Internships are available within our six business units\: Bell, Textron Aviation, Textron Systems, Textron Specialized Vehicles, Kautex, and Textron Inc. 

• Must be geographically mobile as assignments vary based on business needs

Essential Responsibilities: 

• Participate and drive business outcomes in a 10-week internship, where you will be placed in a project assignment within a specific functional area, such as Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Audit, Financial Analyst, Finance Operations, Program Finance, or Pricing & Estimating 

• Contribute to a wide variety of projects and assignments to grow leadership skills, business acumen, and technical skills 

• Work within a team setting under guidance from your assigned manager
