Workday Solution Center Senior Consultant PATT - Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking

Avaap is seeking a certified Workday Senior Consultant, Payroll, Absence, & Time Tracking to support accelerated delivery in a structured implementation model built around proven baseline configurations. This role is designed for an experienced consultant who can lead functional workstreams, guide client decisions, and deliver efficiently within a repeatable framework.

You will play a key role in helping clients move through a streamlined implementation path by validating requirements, aligning scope, supporting configuration and testing, and ensuring readiness for deployment. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys execution, clarity, and high-quality delivery in a focused model.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional delivery in Payroll, Absence, and/or Time Tracking

• Guide clients through a structured implementation process using Avaap’s baseline approach

• Validate requirements and align client needs to in-scope delivery

• Support configuration, testing, issue resolution, and go-live readiness

• Provide strong client-facing communication and functional leadership

• Partner with internal teams to ensure consistency and implementation success

Preferred Experience

• Certification in Payroll, Absence, and/or Time Tracking required

• Experience in multiple Workday implementations preferred

• Strong functional knowledge across one or more of the listed areas

• Ability to manage workstream responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

• Prior consulting experience with complex or deadline-driven projects preferred

Pay Transparency

• Compensation for roles at Avaap varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific business unit, team, role, skillset, and level of experience. As required by law, Avaap provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired.

• Base Salary Range is $115,000 to $160,000 plus 20% variable compensation is available for this specific role. At Avaap it is not typical to be hired at the top of the base salary range.

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to communicate effectively

• Must be able to perform work indoors and remain stationary at a computer

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment

• Passion for exceptional customer service and collaboration

• Ability to work remotely or out of one of Avaap’s physical office locations

• Current permanent U.S. work authorization required
