Job Description

Position Summary:

The Wildland Fire Billing Specialist supports the financial operations of the wildland fire program by ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, reimbursement packets, and financial records for fire-related activities. This non-student hourly position is responsible for billing, accounts payable and receivable functions, recordkeeping, and reporting to support compliance, expenditure tracking, and operational funding.
