What You’ll Do:

The VP – Treasury Manager is responsible for providing leadership, strategic direction, and day-to-day management for Royal Credit Union's Treasury Management function. This role is accountable for team leadership, treasury sales execution, business deposit growth support, onboarding and implementation effectiveness, portfolio management discipline, product alignment, and cross-functional coordination. The position ensures Treasury Management supports Royal's Core Purpose and Values while helping grow and retain business relationships through effective cash management, fraud mitigation, and deposit solutions.

Our Commitment To You:

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt position; candidates with significant related experience may be higher. $155,000-$190,000 plus 15% target bonus. What’s Needed For This Position:

High School Diploma or Equivalent Five (5) years treasury management, cash management, business banking, commercial banking, or related financial services experience Prior team leadership, supervision, or management experience Must be bondable upon hire Valid Driver’s License and insured vehicle upon hire

Treasury & Financial Expertise: Deep knowledge of treasury management products, business deposit strategies, onboarding practices, pricing, fraud mitigation tools, and compliance considerations to support business clients effectively. Leadership & Talent Development: Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop teams by setting clear expectations, fostering accountability, building trust, and promoting a high-performance culture. Sales & Relationship Management: Advanced skills in supporting treasury sales, strengthening client relationships, driving deposit growth, and collaborating across business lines to deliver integrated solutions. Operational Excellence & Process Improvement: Strong organizational and analytical abilities to manage pipelines, monitor portfolio performance, improve processes, and ensure high-quality execution and consistency. Communication & Technology Agility: Clear, professional communication across all levels, combined with adaptability to new technologies and proficiency with digital tools and Microsoft Office products.

We’d Love To See:

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or a related field Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation

Work Schedule:

Full-Time, working approximately 40 hours per week. Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm with flexibility.

Training:

Prior to starting a normal work schedule, new Royal team members must attend Foundation Training at our Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI from 9:00am - 4:30pm on Monday and Tuesday during their first week of employment. Out of town learners will be reimbursed costs related to travel and lodging.
