Candidates must be able to walk onto a site with a down fire pump, diagnose the issue (mechanical or electrical), and confidently lead the repair or replacement. The ideal candidate is not only proficient in sprinkler systems but also demonstrates deep, hands-on experience with fire pump systems, electrical controllers, and system diagnostics under real-world conditions.
