Role Overview

Kasa is seeking a visionary, systems-oriented Vice President of Financeto serve as the company’s top financial leader, reporting directly to the CEO. The mandate of the role is to build a high-precision finance engine that can support Kasa’s continued growth across a complex hospitality and real estate platform.

The VP of Finance will lead a global team of ~25 across the U.S., Mexico, and the Philippines and will transform the function into a faster, more automated, and more insightful function while maintaining best-in-class reporting accuracy for property owners and investors.
