Position Overview:
The VP of Applications will lead the financial systems and applications strategy for the accounting and finance teams. This role will manage system integrations, data quality, and process improvements while working closely with IT leadership and external vendors. You will drive the technology roadmap and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee ERP, Treasury, and financial reporting systems, optimizing for performance and reliability.
- Automate data ingestion and streamline workflows from internal and third-party sources.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and data governance standards.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align technology strategies with business goals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years in business applications leadership, preferably in real estate or financial services.
- Advanced experience in managing ERP, TMS, and financial reporting systems (e.g., Yardi, Gtreasury/Kyriba).
- Proficiency in SQL, data integration technologies (ETL, SOAP/REST API).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
