Cleanleaf Energy is seeing a VP of Accounting & Finance to join our executive team!   At Cleanleaf Energy we strive to make the energy transition a permanent reality by Operating and Maintaining solar (PV) Energy assets across the United States. We lead in clean energy operations by providing safe, dependable, and high-performing services for our customers. As part of our growth journey we are looking for a team member to head up our Accounting & finance team.
About the Position: 

  The Vice President, Accounting & Finance position is accountable for the administrative, financial, and accounting operations of the company, to include the development of a financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.
Position Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
  Planning Operations   Required Skills and Experience:   The candidate should have a degree in accounting or finance or equivalent field with relevant business experience in accounting or finance with 10+ years of progressively responsible experience and minimum 2+ years of leadership experience in similar roles.  Should have experience in partnering with an executive team, and have a high level of written and oral communication skills. Prior experience with energy related businesses and/or services businesses within energy is preferred.   The following positions report up to the VP of Accounting & Finance:   Compensation:   Cleanleaf Energy’s approach to compensating our employees is unique and progressive. We offer pay commensurate with experience, along with excellent benefits including:   The targeted hiring pay scale for this role is $190,000 - $200,000 annually.
