The Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is a senior finance leader responsible for advancing CII’s long-term financial health and strategic sustainability. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and serving on CII’s senior leadership team, the VP leads enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, and financial performance strategy aligned to CII’s Strategic Plan and North Star outcomes.
This role strengthens financial discipline across the organization by integrating multi-year planning, funding risk analysis, capital allocation, and performance reporting into a cohesive financial planning system. The VP ensures financial insights inform executive and Board decision-making and partners closely with accounting to align planning, reporting, and compliance requirements.

DUTIES

COMPENSATION:

$29.96 USD - $35.95 USD

In accordance with California law, the expected pay range for this position is included in this posting.  The actual compensation will be determined based on factors permitted by law. New hires will be offered a salary at the starting point of the range to maintain internal inequity and allow opportunity for future salary growth. CII salaries are determined based on comprehensive internal and external market analysis, as well as the skills, education, and experience relevant to each position.
