Job Title:<\/b> VP (Senior) Credit Analyst - <\/span>
<\/p> <\/span><\/span>Summary: <\/b>This position is a Temporary position. The candidate is targeting on the review and analysis of credit transactions and other general work. <\/span>

 <\/span><\/span>Department/Team: <\/b>Credit Approval <\/span>
<\/p>

 <\/span><\/span>Responsibilities: <\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

▪ <\/span>Prepare credit reports with special attention on information integrity, analytical quality and credit merits. <\/span>
<\/p>

▪ <\/span>Joint due diligence vetting, structuring and analysis on potential transactions <\/span>
<\/p>

▪ <\/span>Prepare credit assessment including adjudication opinion, projections and stress test, to be reviewed by the Head of the Consumer and Industrial team prior to CAC. <\/span>
<\/p>

▪ <\/span>Present and defend cases in the CAC and CMC, where applicable. <\/span>
<\/p>

▪ <\/span>Prepare approval form, including any conditions precedent ("Cr, or prerequisite) to the credit approval. <\/span>
<\/p>

▪ <\/span>Review GCMS entries accordingly <\/span>
<\/p>

▪ <\/span>Review legal documents with the focus on credit terms (covenants, collateral, amortization, interest rates and other special items) <\/span>
<\/p>

▪ <\/span>Post disbursement— prepare, jointly with the RM, interim and scheduled annual review on a timely basis. <\/span>
<\/p>

▪ <\/span>Post disbursement— attend to all audit, loan review and regulatory requirements. <\/span>
<\/p>

▪ <\/span>Support Credit MIS including portfolio analysis and periodic reporting. <\/span>
<\/p>

▪ <\/span>Support credit policies, procedures, and training. <\/span>
<\/p>

▪ <\/span>Other requirements may arise as per the growth of the portfolio. <\/span>
<\/p>
<\/div>

 <\/span><\/span>Education and Experience Requirements: <\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

▪ <\/span>BA; MBA/CFA/FRWCOA a plus <\/span>
<\/p>

▪ <\/span>4 -7 years of U.S. Commercial credit risk management experiences <\/span>
<\/p>
<\/div>

Skills and Knowledge: <\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

▪ <\/span>Demonstrated originations capability across multiple product lines. <\/span>
<\/p>

▪ <\/span>Experienced in task planning, delegation, progress monitoring and evaluation. <\/span>
<\/p>

▪ <\/span>Experienced in problem identification and solving. <\/span>
<\/p>

▪ <\/span>Experienced in handling and prioritizing multiple tasks. <\/span>
<\/p>

▪ <\/span>Familiar and experience with MS Office system (especially PPT, Excel, Word, etc.) <\/span>
<\/p>

▪ <\/span>Excellent communication and writing in a business environment. <\/span>
<\/p>

▪ <\/span>Detail oriented with ability to manage time appropriately. <\/span>
<\/p>

▪ <\/span>Great team player and self -starter. <\/span>
