THE ROLE

STRIVE have partnered with a high-growth, multinational organization to appoint a Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). The client is looking for a senior finance leader who will play a critical role in shaping financial strategy, driving performance, and transforming the FP&A function into a modern, insight-driven capability. Reporting directly to the CFO, this individual will act as a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, providing forward-looking insights and enabling data-driven decision-making across the business.

The Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis will lead a global FP&A function, overseeing all aspects of financial planning, forecasting, and performance management. This role will be instrumental in driving transformation initiatives, including the implementation of advanced analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools to enhance forecasting accuracy and business insight.

This is a highly strategic role, acting as a key partner to the executive leadership team. The VP, FP&A will provide forward-looking insights to shape critical business decisions, influence strategic direction, and support enterprise-wide initiatives, while also partnering closely with functional leaders across the organization to drive performance and accountability.
