You will be joining our on-site team based out of NVIDIA’s Corporate Office in Santa Clara, CA to help us manage our relationships with external vendors. You will be primarily responsible for evaluating new vendors, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date vendor records. You will also work closely with internal partners to understand their needs and expectations.

The ideal candidate has had vendor management operational background with strong analytical and communication skills. This position is best suited for a career-minded accounting professional who is detail oriented and enjoys working in a challenging, fast-paced environment.

What you’ll be doing:

Vendor Onboarding and updates

  • Handle the end-to-end process of vendor onboarding and maintenance, including workflow from initial registration to ERP master records

  • Collect and verify data submitted by the supplier

  • Conduct thorough due diligence and validation of vendor information, including financial stability, certifications, and legal compliance

  • Ensure complete documentation of all process requirements in compliance for vendor activation and maintenance updates

  • Act as a liaison between vendors and internal teams to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience

  • Deliver training and support to internal users on the system and procedures related to vendor management

System Management

  • Resolve any issues related to vendor data or system functionality

  • Collaborate with IT, system administrators, and other multi-functional teams to enhance system performance and capabilities

  • Identify and recommend improvements to streamline the onboarding process and enhance data accuracy

Compliance and Risk Management

  • Ensure vendor onboarding processes align with internal policies and external regulations

  • Monitor onboarding metrics and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or contract administration

  • Proficient in SAP MM, FI, and AP modules

  • Experience in using Coupa Supplier Information Management (SIM) module or similar tools

  • Superb communication, interpersonal and customer service skills

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Hands on experience automating manual processes and streamlining and accelerating system workflow for vendor enablement in a growth environment

  • Demonstrable ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment at fortune 100 companies

  • Knowledge of industry-specific and country specific regulations and compliance requirements

  • Knowledge of implementing BI-based reporting tools

The base salary range is 80,000 USD - 132,250 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
