HornBill has a client in search of a Treasury Manager in Franklin, Massachusetts (MA). Duties Include:
- Develop cash management objectives and processes
- Monitor and analyze cash goals
- Build a cash plan and supervise the team in management
- Supervise the marketing and rebate financial accounting responsibilities
- Supervise team of 1-2 Staff Accountants
- Interview, schedule, train and assign work
- Recommend the discipline and/or discharge of staff
- Coach and counsel staff as necessary
- Undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting
- 5-7 years in a financial position in a comparable environment
- Technology and reseller industry knowledge a plus
- Experience with accounting for and managing credit/debt facilities
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of GAAP
